My Friend can not see prestige of other players in lobby

My friend and I got into a fight because of that bug on his account. We had a discussion where I said that he can predict survival skills on prestige, and he directly said that it's impossible to see them. For some reason site says I cannot upload screenshot, permission problem Garden, no idea what is that.
