Hit a Survivor While Exposed Challenges
Can these Tome Challenges be completed using Michael Myers in Tier III? Or does the exposure have to be the result of a perk?
What about NOED? Would the first Survivor I hit count since they don't see the Exposed notification until after they are hit?

Any killer power, addon or perk that applies 'Exposed' will do. Just instadown powers like chainsaws will not, bc they are M2 attacks (so also NO Iri hatchet!).

The easiest way to get exposed hits through power would indeed be playing Myers or Ghostface. When taking addons into account, Clowns and Tricksters Iri Exposed addons are the easiest to use. For perks, Make your choice might be the easiest to get value from. But you could also go for Exposed Combos like Haunted+Retribution, Dragons Grip+Trail Of Torment, Endfury+Hubris.
Edit: Of course there are also Devour Hope and Noed, but they are hexes and are not as reliable by nature.

Yes. Any killer with a "exposed power" like that works for these challenges (Myers/Ghostface/...).

NOED too? Even though the Survivor is unaware they are exposed until the first one goes down?

Since the survivor is already exposed according to the game and just not aware of it I assume the first NOED hit would also count as one. (but I never trust dbd coding lol)
