With no gen speed perks and a teammate in chase why is the generator progress bar yellow/faster

I've noticed this twice now, the second time was today against a huntress on chapel, and while I had a teammate down and another in chase the gen bar become yellow even though no one on the team was running gen speed perks.

The only thing that would come to my mind is Quick Gambit from Vittorio perk but if nobody run it, unless you didn't noticed it... idk, maybe cheater then? Idk if anyone here can help you with that without any screenshot or video.

There wasn't quick gambit but it's what I thought at first. I might have a clip of it but I can't remember

Visual bug maybe. Often the bar is red too for me without any slowdowns.
