Xbox Progress on Computer?

I have a lot of progress(and dlc) on my xbox account, but my xbox is starting to die pretty badly. I downloaded DBD through the computer xbox app and booted up but even though im on the same account all my progress is gone and it considers it a different account. is there any way i can fix this?

    There's no Cross Progression between Xbox and any other platform DBD is on, sadly. Nothing will transfer over, and the PlayStations are in the same boat. Switch was supposed to be out about a year back but ran into problems.

    They know it's wanted badly by players, and they say they're working on it. I know such arrangements are not entirely in the devs control, but I personally have given up on it ever happening long ago.
