Does Breakout Stack?

Just got destroyed by a SWF. Good game to them.

I noticed they were all running Breakout.

If two Survivors have Breakout and both are within 5 meters of me carrying a Survivor, does the carried Survivor's wiggle speed increase by 50% instead of 25%?
