EMP rework

EMPs are quite strong against the Singularity, I had this idea that would make them way more fun and flexible to use as a Survivor and way less annoying for the Singularity!

EMPs

EMPs now have 2 charges.

When a Survivor has an EMP, they can press and hold the M2 button to aim it (similarly to a Flashlight), releasing the M2 button will simply stop the aiming. During the aim, the Survivor will be slowed down in a similar manner to a Flashlight, but slightly faster.

During the aim, the Survivor can press the M1 button to shoot a projectile in a very slight arc (the arc would be indicated by a line coming out of the EMP while aiming, or it could be indicated by a projection of the landing point), successful and missed shots remove one charge, once out of charges the EMP gets destroyed.

  • If it collides with a Biopod, it disables it for the usual 45 seconds.
  • If it collides with a Slipstreamed Survivor, the Slipstream gets removed.
  • If it collides with the Singularity, he says a funny voiceline like "This wasn't necessary" or "Resistance is futile".

Not sure how strong this is, so the printing time could be adjusted accordingly.

The reason behind adding 2 charges is that Survivors won't be able to remove their own Slipstream by the EMP in this rework. This could however also be adjusted by removing one charge and making a special animation where the Survivor shoots themselves. 💀

Singularity don't need buffs. He needs a nerf, or rather a rebalance with simplification for him.

You can't buff this killer without weakening those 2 geniuses who have known him almost to the state of OP.

The idea sounds fun, but currently, Singularity is pretty strong in the hands of a good player. Last time I was in a team of SoloQ against it, I kept running from one EMP printer to another. Biopods were up and running at all times. And they were pretty close so each EMP I used disabled at least twice biopods. I do not see this as a problem.
