There was said to be a UFO charm that was gonna be available once you buy the Maria cosmetic but when I bought it I didn’t get the UFO charm with it…. Was the charm even planned or was it a fake rumor?

Unless bhvr themselves have confirmed it, then no.
Also never take anything this guy says as a fact no matter how much they claim something to be the truth.
