Frost killer to make useful the burning buckets from every map

Other than just a decoration, burning buckets will make survs to warm up after the Frost killer ice breeze attacks

    I mean, it could work similar to Jigsaw Boxes. If the killer is x, spawn them on the map that doesnt have them.
