Myers players can be unpredictable. And the only tell if he is stalking you is if you hear his music or see him slow walking. I'd rather keep myself safe and loop. If it was any other killer, I'd slow vault the pallet instead.

Ehhh...
Myers always try to bait you into running into a tombstone. My friend got baited into one once. Unless its a non-insta-down killer I just continue looping. Well except a Nurse, then i start clicking and tbagging. She will come right back into chase.

its a very hard achievement that i got on second try after they gave up to me when i jts picked em up and dropped em
p.s. if you down them or pick them up just drop them and pick them up and continue chase

except if everyone feels very generous and everyone knows it's tombstone then get everyone and crouch-swarm Myers and guide him to a nice mori spot. --- If a killer doesn't want to play anymore that's fair. So just do gens and leave, so everyone can move on to the next match.

Just move on and keep the game going. He's already frustrated and doing anything else might upset him more, so it's best to move on.
