I need an alternative asap! Kindred is broken!!
I can't see the killer aura because the perk is bugged. What should I use in place of it in SoloQ? This is NOT a bug report, this is me asking for advice.

If you want the killer's aura, and you specifically want it in a radius around the hook, you might be kind of out of luck. I can't think of any reliable killer aura perk for that other than Kindred.
But for the killer's aura in general, there's Alert, which I find to be surprisingly useful. There's Dark Sense, which I still haven't quite figured out my opinion on, there's Premonition that'll help you in a pinch if the killer's coming towards your generator but admittedly isn't an aura... Fogwise if you're good at hitting skill checks, Wiretap is powerful but trickier to use in hook scenarios like this.
Beyond that, Blood Amber on a Key is legitimately powerful, but requires a little building-into.
I'm assuming you don't want the survivor aura half, so I won't give suggestions for that.

What is bugged again?
They just kinda repaired it... you don´t see killer directly in the black bubble but when he is a few steps away.
Used it today in a game and it seemed pretty normal.

I can't see the killers aura when I'm running the perk and on hook. I'm not talking about the bubble, I can't see it at all.

Who are you playing against? Can you still see your teammates's auras? What perks did the killer run?
there's every chance the killer was just Undetectable.

fogwise and alert are solid perks if you want to see the killer's aura

It was the dredge, the spirit, the alien and yes I could see my teammates but the killer was never running Undetectable perks nor add ons. I just had it work two matches ago against the alien, now it doesn't work again.
