Will there ever be new content for the Halloween License?
Laurie Strode was the First Survivor i have ever played in Dead by Daylight and funnily enough with my 3rd Match of DBD ever, i encountered my first Micheal player.
Yet whilst both of them have been the first License ever brought to Dead by Daylight and have been around since 2016, they haven't recieved new cosmetics since the 30th October of 2019.
Which Funnily enough, as you can tell, is the Day where Micheal came "home" to the little town of haddonfield.
Though, whilst these then finally came to the Shop, afterwards their Cosmetic Lockers seem to have become pretty dusty.
Which is obviously odd, considering that by now, there are many movies where Laurie and Micheal wear Diffrent Outfits.
So, as a question to you all: Do you think there will ever be any new Content Regarding this License?
Will there perhaps be another cosmetic drop next Halloween?
What are your thoughts on the Situation?

Nobody will be able to answer this question. The majority does not know and the few people who might know it will not be able to tell you since they are probably under NDA.
I would say it is not likely. As you said, the license is in the game for a very long time and there was not much so far. It also totally depends on the license holder, if BHVR is allowed to make cosmetics, they will do it. But it is not their own decision.
And license holders can be different. E.g. the Stranger Things-license Holders or the one from Resident Evil seem to like cosmetics. The one from Nightmare on Elm Street not at all. And the Halloween-license holders lean more towards not really being a fan of cosmetics, if we consider how long it took to get the latest cosmetics for Myers and Laurie.
