Twitch Drops not working

After linking all with my BHVR account, I went to Twitch and I watched the content until first drop (the charm) was unlocked. And after that, I had a rest of Twitch.

I went to DbD and I couldn't find the charm anywhere. Today, like 4 days after, I still haven't recieved the charm.

But the worst is that, since then, the progress bars on the other 2 drops are totally frozen. I watched more than 3 hours of DbD content and the other 2 drops are still as in the first day after having my break.

At this point, I can't tell if it's a bug, or I have done something wrong. Haven't seen many complains like mine here in forums. I got 0/3 rewards even achieving the requierments and I have no way to fix it :(.

    Try this - log into your BHVR account, select DBD, then Manage Twitch Drops. Scroll down past the items and make sure everything is still linked. I had to re-link a couple times. It could also be why your charm isn't showing up, if something isn't linked properly then it'll show as Pending on that page.
