What “Job Class” do you play as? Survivor + Killer
Depending on your combination of perks what name as a job class would you call your build? Are you a Medic because you use Empathy and other healing perks? A Healer/Pharmacist job class because you use Botany? Maybe you consider yourself a Warrior and you use Decisive Strike and Dead Hard?
What job class do you consider your perk build?

Selfish Solo: Self-Care/Windows of Opportunity/Overcome/Botany Knowledge
I'm ABM1 (Always Be M1'ing) unless it is a throw for me to stay on said gen.
Win a lot of games as survivor, so it seems to suit me well :)
Side Build A - Heal for You, Heal for Me - Second Wind (Renewal) / We'll Make it / Botany Knowledge / Lithe
Side Build B - Totem Houdini - Inner Healing / Quick and Quiet / Head-On / Detective's Hunch

Well i guess i'm more support than anything, my main build is a little weird.
I use Any Means Necessary until the day people realise how busted and dare i say low-key OP that perk is, it allows you to track chases and used pallets across the map unlike WoOs 32m range and reset them too which will often take Killers by surprise during a chase later, its WoO 2.0 if you have good enough map knowledge to know vault spots and pay attention rather than auto-pilot like most WoO users.
Other than that i use We'll make it for saves and quick heals and lightweight cause with this build you are running around a lot and this makes it quite a bit safer and gives you some opportunities for some jukes.
4th perk is more or less a wildcard like OTR, Bond or Distortion.

Neat combination!
What do you call it? Support class?

I'd say I'm a bit of a lone wolf atm. I used to be very altruistic, and my builds would reflect that, but I think solo queue has jaded me. Currently using WoO, Overcome, Calm Spirit, and OTR (for combined Iron Will + Distortion benefits). I feel like I can't rely on team mates anymore. Literally just left a game where 3 of us were on death hook and the Leon, who hadn't been hooked once, was on a gen with me and bolted ahead as the killer came. Like come on, take aggro.

I play solo q survivor. Bond, Distortion, We'll make it and Calm Spirit.
It works okay. I used to run MFT and Windows but don't find them helpful anymore.

I don't have a name for it, these are just my favorite perks. But i'd call it support i'm neither doing chase nor gens that often, i usually do things many won't like healing, resetting pallets, searching hex totems etc.

I like to play Annoyance, Blastmine, Chemical Trap, Any Means. I have yet to get use out of Chemical Trap though.

I like medic roles with Rebecca. Bond, leader and 2 support perks.
Also bomb builds xD 4 bomb perks are fun.

Unemployed😍

I think my standard build would mean that I am a Researcher of some kind because I rely heavily on information perks and observing what's going on around me instead of jumping in the action myself, unless needed.
I'm a Bond and Deja Vu addict. These perks won't leave my loadout, ever! Without Bond I feel so lost, it provides so much active and passive information. Deja Vu since its rework also changed the way I played the game. I'm always strategic when it comes to completing gens now and it's so much fun.
Then I have Off the Record to cool off after getting hooked so I can catch a break for a while and focus on my Research LOL. I like the aura-blocking and silence part much more than the endurance it provides. I then hopefully make use of Adrenaline as a reward for my successful Research!

Survivor
Controller = Blast Mine/Quick&Quiet/HeadOn/RedHerring
Houdini / Escape Artist = Overcome/Quick&Quiet/LuckyBreak/InnerHealing
Information Broker = BlastMine/Wiretap/Kindred/OpenHand
Killer
Inflictor = Coulrophobia/Distressing/Unnerving Presence/Terminus
Hetzer = Lethal Pursuer/IamAllEars/UltimateWeapon/DeadManSwitch
Bulldozer = Endurance/Hubris/SpiritFurry/STBFL

Healer / Savior / Hidden Agent due to "We'll Make It" and "Distortion" and "Calm Spirit".
1 -
Healer : Autodidact, Empathy, Reactive Healing, Solidarity + Medkit
Autodidact + Solidarity = Heal other also heal you
ReactiveHealing + Medkit = Healing myself atleast 50% less charges if other survivor get hit by killer within 32 meter (other survivor got hit by killer 2 times = 75% so i only need to heal myself 25% with Medkit)
Empathy = just for aura reading

survivor
endgame powerhouse : adrenaline, hope, sprint burst, delivrance. (that one's my favorite)
genrusher : deja vu, resilience, prove, blast mine. (4ppl who run that can make gen go weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee)
support : we'll make it , vigil , any means, sprint burst. (those are not that strong but very pleasant to play)
Killer
normal casual : pop, shadow born, Trilling tremors, bam/brutal.
full chaser : stbfl, dissolution, rapid brutality, spirit fury/brutal. (that one i like it most on clown)
stealthy boy : monitor N abuse, furtive chase , sloppy , pop. (works better for non stealth killers)
try hard : pop , pain res, sloppy, ultimate weapon. (dirty on blight)

I tend to favour a generalist jack of all trades build for Survivor.
I bring:
Lithe, so I (hopefully) don't immediately hit the dirt in chase.
Self-Care, A selfish perk so I can stay healthy. I don't trust myself in chase. But it also means I can be a bit more altruistic and go for endgame saves / pick up camped slugs etc.
Botany, so that Self-Care doesn't take a thousand years to finish. Also just a great healing perk for decently speedy heals under the hook.
The final slot is typically reserved for Deja Vu to help with doing gens. But this may be swapped out with We'll Make It, Blast Mine, Saboteur or Detective's Hunch for tome challenges.
If I feel like switching things up, I have an alternate build: Made For This + Self-Care + Botany + Resilience. It does more or less the same thing but is slightly better if it's a Sloppy Butcher / Plague / Legion kind of a day.
I think this a fairly balanced set of perks good for doing most things.
As far as my Killer builds go, they vary too much. Of course I like to win, but as I play mostly for fun, I guess the main theme would be to hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
Lightborn and/or Iron Grasp are common picks for facing bully squads. Basically, whatever helps to keep me sane. So I guess I'm my own Therapist?

My favourite build thus far is my 'Bug Stomping Boots' Pig build. Rugby punter maybe 🤔
Enduring/Pop, Brutal Strength, Surveillance, Nowhere To Hide with John's Medical File and Combat Straps.
Try to sneak up on gens and go for grabs. If survivors see you coming and hide, kick the gen to find them and get free tracking. Keep kicking pallets and gens. Use Enduring to be greedy on pallets, use Pop if you're more confident in chase 😉

I call it the “silent hill build”
it consists of
streetwise, soul guard, premonition, and repressed alliance (sometimes I replace RA with pharmacy)
basically the build works in a way silent hill games work
streetwise: because when playing silent hill you should wisely consume items
soul guard: it has the seal of metatron from silent hill on it
premonition: it basically works like the radio in silent hill which whenever you walk towards the killers direction the radio starts making alert noises
repressed alliance: basically Cheryl/Heather in silent hill 3 has some kind of power which she can bond with the supernatural
pharmacy (optional): finding health items like in silent hill mostly
I just came up with this build after watching online a few online lore accurate build tutorials

Well For Killer... IDK... Gen Observer
I run: Oppression, Surveillance, Corrupt and Whispers
With differences for the Killer I play
And for Survivor... IDK
I run: Stakeout, Leader, Kindred and I can't remember the last perk... LOL
I still haven't figured out what perks I can run

Solo - (Gen runner) Only this year (played since Huntress) have I actually stopping running the killer like a chicken with its head cut off, but to actually take my time and methodically pick loops and routes) so before that id pretty much just smash the gens out which worked regardless of how well the killer was doing. If we we're getting stomped, id still get us down to 4,3 gens and get us back in the game somewhat. I was very often the player that died being only hooked once as I was always pretty alert and able to hide from an approaching killer and stay out of action areas and not putting myself on the line until late game. Nowadays, I will go and take the heat if a survivor is being tunnelled as I've improved a lot at looping. I ll always start the game by prioritising gens over anything else though. I run flashbangs, Lithe and Off the record for defence and self preservation, so you can probably guess which character I have played as since buying dbd.
Killer - (Tinkerer Oni) Survivors I've watched post game on Twitch always seem to love being on the receiving end of a suprise attack out of nowhere. Used to love the Tinkerer Hillybillies back in the day so I imagine the survivors are extra spooked when Oni comes out of nowhere in demon mode ...... 👹 whallop!
Killer - (Fight Knight) Knight gets a bad rep for being unfun 3 gen merchants. I go straight on the offensive with him, attack attack attack. No 3 gennning from the start here matey's, just chase after chase. Win some lose some as he's that kind of killer but always get good money's worth with him.

I have two builds for survivor:
Adrenaline, OTR, Reassurance and Sprint Burst
Deliverance, We'll make it, Empathy, MFT.
The former I use more often in swf because im more likely to get adrenaline and reassurance value, but still use frequently in solo for the overall all-rounderness of it.
The latter is a newer build I've been using quite often. I noticed how soloQ teammates were just always injured and the heal time sink could lose the game along with the added vulnerability. So I cae up with this build to be overall self sufficient while also playing utility/support to put myself in danger instead of my team, while also being able to help us get out of it. I am considering dropping MFT from the build, because while the 3% is very powerful its uncommon for the secondary effect to come into play, which was the reason I chose it over SB for this build.

Depends on the survivor. Dweet is an Omni tool (leader, overzealous, small game, we'll make it.) Claudette is a medic (botany, self-care, empathetic connection, desperate measures), Rebecca is a rescue operative (reassurance, desperate measures, circle of healing, [insert Steve's anti camp perk]) and so on.
Sadly our killers usually have to mixed up perks to usually be called something (while they also go by a theme or restriction, it's a lot more vague than survivors).
