Twitch drop not received in game

The recent twitch drop is not showing up in my account even if I have claimed everything, although when I go on my twitch drops inventory page it says that my account is not connected, and if I click on the link that is supposed to redirect me to the page to log in it sends me on the microsoft log in page for the bhvr employees;

on the bhvr website I see that everything is fine, my drops are "claimed" and all of my accounts are connected, but so far I've only received the charm on my account, while still waiting for the elodie shirt and hag weapon cosmetics.

I've been waiting for a couple of days now and nothing has showed up, does anyone have a solution to this?

(I cant post images for a permission problem, its my first post here I dont really know how it works)

    Same issue. The claim item button actually leads to a BHVR employee login page. Doesn't actually claim anything.

    Update, after linking my twitch account again I finally got both of the cosmetics after some time
