Cenobite's Power is Bugged

Platform: PC (Steam)

Step 1: Boot the game.

Step 2: Play as Cenobite in a public match.

Step 3: In-game, pick up the Lament Configuration to find survivors.

Step 4: Notice the game will not allow you to use your chains to chain survivors or to teleport.
