Didn't get twitch drops - BHVR/Twitch Acc Link Bugged

I'm having a issue with my behaviour-twich account. When I connect my bhvr acc to twitch, it appears as connected on twitch website as below.

When I go back to bhvr account, it doesn't show my twitch as connected, even after doing it.

And last, I already did it 5 days ago and got the drops but I didn't receive any of them, no charm, no skins at all. Idk what's happening.

And yes, I have ONLY THIS ACC. It's happening with anyone else? Really annoying.
