Is Broken Bulb Retired?

I've spent about 100k in the bloodweb and haven't seen any Broken Bulb flashlight add-ons this go-round. Do we know if this item will still be available in-game, or are they retiring it? I wouldn't have spent last week blowing through my stock if I'd realized we wouldn't get more.

    I have found 1 in the blood web as a specific node, and 4 in the mystery gift node. they should be made more common imo.

    i got like a dozen of them with about 2 million BP.

    certainly feels like an oversight that the add-ons you can use year round are less common than the dousing rods, which you can only use for the event. i've been actively avoiding the rods (still have a massive stockpile from last year) and i've still gotten twice as many rods as I do bulbs (started buying them on Dwight, who had nothing from previous halloween left over)

    At least I have a reasonable number of all the other permanent items (40 medkits and flashlights, 50 refined serum)
