Maybe even Dream Transition add-ons or Pill Bottle, but generally not needed.
You will only get one kill, the Obsession, but its so so troll (and satisfying). Find your Obsession, dont sleep them, just chase them around. When the last generator is completed (you might even know beforehand because of Tinkerer), sleep them, down them and mori them. You will deny them of points, an escape, and most likely their DS. You will derank, but you will be killing someone.
And its the perfect excuse. "I was just doing my daily ritual!".

Rancor is pretty trollish but tinkerer, I dont see how do you directly annoy the survs

Hag with Tinkerer and Gramma's Heart. Be sure to use the all black skin and offer Macmil Bone. This skin is basically invisible on this map. Your heartbeat will constantly disappear from gens or traps. You can use whatever other perks you want. Put your traps in weird spots like corners it will scare the crap outta people.

I can't pick just one, but:
- Trapper: Iridescent stone, Remember Me. Get Remember Me stacks, trap the gates. They disarm the trap and start opening the gate only to have the trap open underneath them.
- Also Trapper: Padded Jaws, Honing Stone. It's a roller coaster of emotions. You think you're all good, and then you're down.

Bumpy Billy build. Just rev your chainsaw and go straight until you bump to something. Very often some survivor just stands in front of the chainsaw as they are curious creatures. Then you act very surprised that you hit him. After the game is done don't forget to say in chat "Stop calling me bumpy Billy, my chainsaw is broken."1

Freddy with Huntress Lullaby, Overcharge, Unnerving Presence and Distressing. I call it the Wake the ######### up build. Thinking of replacing Distressing with Discordance.

100% Nurse: Insidious, Noed, Agitation and Iron grasp. Bring both range addons and just dominate the salt is sooooo juicy.
My other one is Leatherface: Insidious, Agitation, Iron grasp and Ruin. Most toxic build 2017-2018 but not as funny and salt making as Nurse with Insidious and NOED.

Freddy with an endgame build, it's not really trolly but survivors hate it when I run it
Remember Me, Blood Warden, Noed, and either Rancor or Fire Up. Sometimes I'll take haunted ground just in case it lasts until Noed activates. Addons are Class photo and either Pill Bottle or Black Box (to get those remember me stacks)0 -

All of the following builds I run at rank 1:
Naked Hag: No perks, no add-ons, no survivors.
Basement Hag: (best on haddonfield, & The Game) Iron Grasp, Agitation, Monsterous Shrine, Territorial Imperative.
Fun Fact: With this build, you actually move faster with someone on your shoulder, then you do normally, as a 110 ms.Party Crasher Spirit: Discordance, pop goes the weasel, Overcharge, Ruin/ Huntress' Lullaby
Handsy The Clown: Resiliance, Spirit Fury, Bamboozle, Ruin/ Huntress' Lullaby (this build is the ultimate chaser build. pallets don't matter, windows can only be used once, and loops are dangerous.)
Legion: Franks Mix Tape/ Stab Wounds Study and a Mori (let's be honest, this is all he needs to troll a game off people)

Here's another for Freddy:
Use Whispers, stack sketch and masterpiece, and offering Coldwin. Add-ons let you hit sleep from 32m, same distance where Whispers procs. Stand in the corn and when you see Whispers proc spam sleep. You will hit someone, you won't even see them and they won't see you. It's scary. Nurse's + Sloppy is a good combo to use here because you can sleep at the distance where Nurse's procs, but you can use anything else you want really.Another fun trolly Freddy build you need M&A, Paint Brush, Pill Bottle, and offer Game or Lerys. When you sleep someone hide. When they fall asleep they won't hear a heartbeat. Just follow them but don't let them know you are following them. If they find a gen, wait until they wake up, then IMMEDIATELY sleep them again. Total mind fork because they had no idea you were there. Even better if they go to another survivor to wake them. They will run to the survivor like "wake me up!" and the other guy will hear the lullaby and think he is being chased. Makes for some serious confusion. I recommend bringing Ruin and/or NOED for this just because you are slow with paint brush.

Best one is certainly Punisher Freddy.
PWYF , rancor , whispers , bitter murmur
Just find and get 3 stacks for PWYF on your obsession and then let them wake up from the dream. Then stalk them until survivors power the gates. After that you finish them of with your PWYF stacks and instanly mori them. They depip and you depip while playing by the rules and having loads of fun ruining DS player's day.
I always do a few games of this build after a game with 4 DSes in previous match. It's so calming to not care about their little "1 use only" perk and depip as bonus.

Ebony Memento Mori offering.Micheal Myers with 1 shot power while holding a survivor, 18% faster speed, basically a slug build. If the survivors don't die by your swing, you could very well possibly get a DC from the person you are holding, Decisive Strike? No problem.

It takes 12 seconds to search a Jigsaw Box, and Crate of Gears is +30% to the time it takes: 3.6s/search. Tampered Timer is -30 seconds to the timer, bringing it down to 2 minutes (or 120 seconds).
With bad luck, it will take you a total of 66.4 seconds to search all four Jigsaw Boxes--without failing any skill checks or being forced away. This leaves you with 53.6 seconds to navigate between each box, in total (assuming the worst case of luck).
Naturally, you should chase people off of a box 1-2 times, and then they'll die to the Reverse Bear Traps quite easily. ^_^

I also will use Bitter Murmur because it works so well with Rancor and either BBQ for points or Tinkerer for even more jump scares.
To really mind game them put a shroud of separation and they'll think it's a Mori or even put a yellow mori in and if you think you can pull it off swap Tinkerer out for DH because they'll think HG.

Lol, that is super troll. There really is nothing the obsession can do about it either. That player only has the dream transition time to start looping the killer. I would run NOED and Bloodwarden too just for the off chance that I can pick off another survivor or two.

Then use spies from the shadows, Whispers, Monitor and Abuse, and enduring.
You cannot catch them if they run straight and its always hilarious when you still manage to get hit

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you meant Distressing instead of Distressing Presence. And yes, it's pretty easy to stall a game out for a very long time like this. Honestly, if your plan is to go 3 gen then there really isn't much reason to even bother with Hex: Ruin. Even if you get lucky with the totem being near your 3 gens, you can't keep it alive and defend the generators.
The only real advantage to running ruin in this build is that maybe with a little luck you can get a chase or two in before you are down to 3 gens and have all the survivors hit madness 3 at least once. I think you would be better off with PGTW, Coulrophobia, or Brutal Strength. BS less for the pallet breaking and more for the faster gen kicking. You'll be kicking a LOT of gens...
