Twitch Drops Retry Claim Not Working

i was able to claim the three halloween twitch drops and have unlocked the elodie shirt in game but the other two wont add and for some reason when it says to start DBD in the platform selection option it says selected but wont detect the game! the If you haven't launched Dead by Daylight on Steam since October 2nd, please do so now to begin claiming your Twitch Drop rewards." i am on the page and i started the game like three minutes ago and is running now! even after refreshing the page the "retry claim" is there but i cannot click on it! i have tried via firefox and chrome without it working on either
