El juego crashea a mitad de partida

Hola, llevo como un mes sin poder jugar en condiciones porque el juego me crashea a todas horas y me tira de la partida. Me aparece error de Unreal y una pantalla oscura con códigos tipo "Fatal error: [File:Unknown] [Line: 198] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0006 . 'HUNG')".
He probado de todo ya pero no consigo hacerlo funcionar, estoy desesperada.
