PC - Plague's Vomit and Projectile Issues

Since the beginning of the event, sometimes there have been numerous issues with invisible walls blocking Plague's vomit.
Additionally, there's another frustrating bug related to Plague's projectile. Sometimes when the projectile hits a survivor, they scream and perform the animation as if the vomit had made contact (even from the survivor's perspective), but the game doesn't register the projectile hit.
