I hit a survivor with Frenzy. Let her run away a bit to break chase. I catch her mending at a pallet loop. I walk sideways. She can't mend because I'm there, but she can't defend herself because the timer is still ticking.
I felt so bad. Most of all this guy isn't even fun to use.

Don't worry, he'll get buffed so that the DW timer will be even shorter, allowing that exact scenario to happen even faster and more often~
I really like him on paper, but the way people abuse his issues while in the same breath begging for buffs is kinda disheartening.

On one side you have survivors who think each individual survivor should be able to go toe to toe with the killer, and on the other end of the spectrum you have killers who think the game is balanced when they consistently get a 4k.0 -
Finally nice to hear what you really think about this killer without the salt. This killer is completely unhealthy for this game and needs a complete overhaul.

I don't get where Legion came from. He feels like Freddy - weak yet unfair at the same time (due to no stealth with freddy).
I personally thought the Clown and Spirit were really good. Can't believe they went back to this after they were doing so well.0 -

The thing is with Freddy is at least the survivors have counterplay against him. You can run him around with pallets, distracting him long enough so the other survivors can work on generators. It's not much but it's more healthier then the Legion, even if Freddys counters are one-dimensional.

I managed to get his adept finally last night and didn't have to abuse him either, I just got lucky the survivors made one too many mistakes. I've not mastered nor played him much and he's definitely really strong if played right.
If he's played by someone with right addons that abuses the moonwalk exploit he'll 4k in under a few minutes with no real counterplay.

He is broken, no doubt, but have you considered that this borderline exploit can be fixed and receive buffs?1 -
It's ironic, really. Playing Legion how he's "supposed" to be played feels like the weaker and more-punishable approach. It's boring how he seems to excel at concentrating one survivor down, as opposed to targeting multiple. He definitely needs an overhaul: No amount of balancing will fix the fact he can circumvent entire mechanics of the game with no real counters.

legion just invalidates all skill from the game, there's no skillcap to him, you can't use him wrong and you will just down a survivor in a predetermined amount of time no matter your skill level, stop with this "omg you don't know how to play him right" legion is extremely unhealthy for the game and needs major changes2 -
The thing is, I know what they were going for with him and they ended up with the complete opposite. He was clearly supposed to be an anti-tunnel killer who's strength came from doing a lot of damage in one go to multiple survivors. He's supposed to have a built in way to slow the game down with DW.
In the end, he's far better used if you land an early hit and trail the survivor until they drop. If they're going to buff him to give survivors a reason to heal against him, which I understand, they need to find a way to fix that as well because that's no fun for anyone. I think they rushed him so they could get the DLC out for the holidays. That would explained how weak he is without add-ons and how broken he is with certain add-ons. He's completely all over the place. They were on such a good streak with the killers as well so this is just completely disappointing.

Seriously though, Legion needs a rework ASAP, because at their current state they are completely unhealthy to the game.

I've learned a trick with this to counter Legion, it's called wasting time. If legion has to chase me around the map just to force a down I'm gonna use that entire bar to my advantage and keep the chase on me. I can force a 3 gen chase just by staying in line of sight, juking, pallet camping, jungle gyms and hell the killer shack, and just get downed once.
