Will Upcoming PTB Include Chapter 30 Content?

So this November update PTB is coming out pretty close to the time everyone was thinking that the chapter 30 PTB would be happening. With it being November and Chapter 30 slated to release in November, will this PTB include Chapter 30 content, or just the stuff listed in the Dev update. I have a hard time believing there would be two separate PTBs in one month, but maybe that's a possibility.

    Of course it will.

    It's an even patch number (7.4.0), those have been chapter patches since 2.0.0 back in 2018.

    Yeah, but we dont know anything about Chapter 30 yet (aside from it being Killer-only, so most likely a licensed Chapter). Maybe we will get a Teaser today.

    well, they'd be breaking their content cycle with two Mid-Chapters PTB's in a row.

    Given that it's gonna be a solo killer, they probs has more bandwidth to make changes for the full chapter patch.

    It’s confirmed to be a licensed killer. With a capital L, which they said about both chapter 29 (turned out to be Alien) and 30

    It literally has to be in this PTB as three weeks from the PTB date would be the last week of Nov which is when Ch 30 releases
