I really wish i could opt out of playing with anon mode users.

I've noticed that my least fun/worst matches often have people who hide their names as the culprits.

Not shaming people who use it for legitimate reasons by the way.

I've just seen a lot of survivors who tend to play very selfishly, immersed builds, let you die on hook, troll the team or dc instantly tend to hide names, or in the very rare instances i see a hacker, it's anonymous mode. And the killers tend to be vpn users, or running the sweatiest builds and play to make people miserable. Whenever i get slugged to death by a nurse she's in anon mode, or a 4x slowdown tunnelers with bad ping? Anon mode. I've had 3 alch rings in the last 2 days who have all been anon mode.


Am i wrong to dodge anon mode teammates on survivor? Or Dodge full anon mode teams as killer? Anyone else notice anon mode players just tend to be very unfun people? Or am i just seeing non existent patterns? Again not all, there are valid reasons for anon mode, but im at a point where i dodge the teammates who use it and wish i could avoid the killers too.

I know it'll never happen but i wish i could just opt out of playing with those who hide their names.


Edit: 4th anon mode killer in 6 games. Brought the whole team to borgo and slugged me to death. Awesome.
