Hope that future freddy rework comes with lines.

Robert England's Freddy is so much more iconic than whoever it was that played him in that remake. Part of his character is the quips he makes which the remake doesn't give at all. I feel like BHVR should try their best to bring classic Freddy to the game with Robert England's voice and leave anything referencing that dumpster fire remake by the wayside.

I hope they rework the entire thing, Remake Freddy just didnt do well at all, and it caused the license to be completely neglected as a result, doesnt help that its partially the reason that Bubba released so poorly as wel.

2010 remake features Jackie Earle Haley’s 5’5” attempt at Freddy Krueger showcasing a more serious tone, which pales pathetically in comparison to Robert Englund’s 5’10” sinister, yet spot-on witty-one-liner original, masterfully personalized and embodied far beyond method acting… RE fully, soulfully became Freddy Krueger
…yes, the height differential between the two was super noticeable (and still aggravates me that they chose JEH to play him that I had to mention it again🙄😄); Many looked at 2010’s Freddy as a silly little joke. DBD did such a great job transferring him to the game, that I can’t even take him seriously (fear factor-wise as Freddy Krueger) as a Killer, either.

BHVR did originally wanted to go for OG Freddy, Unfortunately however remake freddy is the result of a ''take it or leave it'' type of deal with New Line as that was the only version they would give to BHVR as OG Freddy and his movies is pretty much off limits and New Line is being strict as all hell as to what bhvr can and cannot do with the version we currently have.
I'd give OG adult/zombie Jason a higher chance of making it into the game than OG Freddy ever will.

Mine is apparently an unpopular opinion but I dislike the swearing and would like to see no more of it. I find it off-putting and immature. I know it's accurate for the character, I just don't like it.
