Chucky feels fun on PTB. But during a custom game I brought "Insidious" and as soon as it starts he begins laughing under his breath constantly. Its fairly loud and constant .
I get Bvhr is scared of his small size being abused . And I have no idea if it does this for all undetectable perks .
But it feels a little to heavy handed on what would mostly be a meme perk for him.

That is his stealth breathing noise every killer except Wesker and pinhead have that.

Well, Chucky’s laugh is pretty iconic, one of the things he’s notorious for.
The Chucky series featured his maniacal laughter more frequently than I’ve ever heard it, tho.
