BHVR Support refuse to help

I have a ''no network connection'' issue, i can't go past the ''Preparing to Login'' phase of the loading screen...I've attempted to communicate with them for days, sent them 4 technical issue emails and 2 ban appeals.

No answers, just automated messages thanking me for my emails. I'm suspecting a silent hardware ban from them and that's why i did the two ban appeals...Everything i tried from researching in the internet + posts on reddit and steam discussions changed nothing. I'm almost certain that they banned me for cheating, while i have never cheated in my life...But there's nothing i can do as long as they refuse to answer these emails...

How can i proceed from now on?

    We do not discuss bans publicly.

    If you already contacted Support, you'd need to wait for their reply.
