Quentin Smith appreciation
So I’ve been re-playing the Survivors in order of release doing their adept challenges and whatnot. I am now on Quentin Smith and can I just say how amazing I think his kit is? Wake Up, Pharmacy, and Vigil feel so good to use. As a fourth perk I am running Kindred.
Wake Up doesn’t always get used but being able to open the exit gate faster feels so nice. It really does seem to make a difference.
Pharmacy feels especially great to use because I enjoy using health kits to heal others.
Lastly Vigil, I know it has minimal use but something about being the team support healer feels really fun to use.
Overall I really love playing as Quentin as a Survivor along with his perks. Does anyone else find themselves pleasantly surprised by his kit?

Wake up & Vigil are nice perks, they can be especially useful in SWFs.
As for pharmacy its "buff" was a step backwards so I'm still salty about it tbh but it's not the worst perk around.

Pharmacy is actually nerfed and BHVR just called it "Buff". And then perk got another nerf with med-kit nerfs. Because green med-kit is not strong anymore.
This perk should be buffed again.

I think Pharmacy’s change was okay but needed still something more though with the medkit changes it lost something essential and now it’s in dire need of good rework.
otherwise i agree, solid perks with Vigil and Wake Up! But I also think Quentin (from the movie) is a cool character, the cosmetics he got (all two!!) are great, he has a good voice, and he needs cosmetics. At least an ugly Xmas sweater - either sleep-themed or Freddys sweater I have seen suggested/fan art of.

Pharmacy used to be my favorite perk before the medkit nerfs and eventually I dropped it cause it isn’t useful anymore with how slow self healing is
also someone told me awhile back that iron will is good on Quentin

Honestly Quentin is the only part of the Nightmare on Elm Street DLC that is actually good.
Hopefully he gets some love in the future and he finally gets some cosmetics.

I start to believe the only reason Pharmacy was "buffed" was because Quentin would've had three actually really useful perks - and no way a survivor is allowed to have three decent perks. (The rule is one good perk per survivor - a second that may be good in some situations and at least one that's really bad.)
As for Quentin-appreciation: Since prestiges are visible and killers still tend to lobby-shop when they see high prestiges I kinda stopped playing my two go to characters and the character that I usually play now is Quentin. - Though, although I actively try to avoid putting BP into him just the "oh darn, I'm near the cap must spend BP during one minute timer" brought him up to P20-something now. Fingers crossed killers will either be prevented from lobby shopping (treat it like DC) or Prestiges are gonna be hidden until post match screen.

The only thing I appreciate about Quentin is being able to make a survivor team of him, Laurie, Nancy, and Steve so you can create the TEEN SQUAD.

I bought Freddy for 5$ via auric cells. The next day the whole NoeS chapter was on sale for ~3.5$. I paid more and got less. I would have had Quentin if I waited a bit. Lame :P
