Light Footed is underrated.
I've been in love with this perk since day one of the Alien chapter, it's just so fun to use and when you get to make a good play with it, you manage to sneak away so easily, pair it with Light Weight and your good to go.
Some other ways this perk is good is when your looping in a high wall, building, or tiles with a pallet, the killer cannot hear your footsteps so they need to think a lot more, they don't know if your camping a pallet, still looping, or completely leaving the loop entirely holding W, which can make them tend to swing more often at pallets and eventually lose you, this perk is very helpful when in chase.
A very strong thing with this perk is some survivors tend to be very quiet but their footsteps can be very loud and reveal their position which is why Lightfooted is so good, the survivors I'm talking about are the one with heels or sandals, for an example Ada, she is quiet but her footsteps are very loud.
There are some times where you can sneak past the killer with this perk when your right next to them and they can't even hear your footsteps which is hilarious and also strong as well.
The downsides? That it even has a 20 cooldown in the first place after vaulting, I feel that the cooldown should be removed entirely and only deactivate when injured. That way the perk is more smooth to run.

I actually tried this combo the other day and came to the same conclusion that it doesn't need the cooldown.

The cooldown makes this perk held back from being so much better.

I feel the cooldown to this perk is only there to give something in regards to number adjustments for three perk tiers. Another reason perk tiers should just get removed entirely as some perks have these unnecessary features that are only there because of perk tiers.

I agree. They could just reduce the cooldown to something irrelevant like 3-2-1 seconds.

Does anyone else feel weirdly unsettled by their own lack of footstep noises?
