Iron will and no mither grunts of pain reduction
I have been thinking about the iron will nerf that happened months ago, maybe was overkill? I personally think it should have been either the 75% noise reduction OR not functional during exhaustion, not both. Opinions on this? If you agree, which would you prefer?
(For reference, before the nerf, iron will simply gave you 100% grunts of pain reduction with no strings attached)
Another thing, I think No Mither could be buffed to 100% noise reduction instead of 75% just because it’s already such a risky perk. It would be fun to see this perk become more utilized

Iron Will's nerf was not overkill. Survivors shouldn't have unlimited 100% noise reduction.

I don't mind the reduction but the exhaustion effect was overkill imo

Yes, it was overkill. It was a Double-Nerf, which should show that it was overkill. In general, double-nerfing things just shows that they wanted to get rid of them. (See Ruin)
In my opinion, Iron Will would have been totally fine if it would still reduce Grunts of Pain by 100%, but makes perma-exhausted. This would mean that Survivors would have to decide if they want to have Stealth OR Exhaustion-Perks. Which would be a fair Trade-Off IMO.
And also would give information to the Killer. Survivor Silent --> they wont use any Exhaustion-Perk at all. Survivor makes sound --> They probably have an Exhaustion-Perk.
I also dont think that Iron Will would be as good as before. Killer Instinct gets added to so many things nowadays. And well, Ultlimate Weapon exists, which makes stealth even less viable.

Yeah, Iron Will nerf was overkill, similar to hex ruin they didn't need to both nerf the effect and add a condition.
Either keep it 100% but it doesn't work while exhausted (which I think is is better) of make it 75% all the time.
As for No Mither, there'd be no reason to keep it at 75% if Iron Will went back to 100% (which will never happen)

Yeah but it also disables when inflicted by exhaustion

Honestly why don’t they revert iron will to the time when stridor used to counter it and revert all the changes to iron will

The funny thing with the ruin nerf too was that they nerfed ruin, so nobody ran it, then everyone switched to gen kick 3-gen builds with old eruption.
So they traded a pretty healthy meta strategy that revolved around ruin and undying, which made it cleansable, as well as requiring you to actually pressure multiple survivors/gens and not camp/tunnel in order to get value out of them. For the meta where you pick the nearest 3 gen, kick those 3 gens constantly, hook a survivor in the middle of it, then hard camp them.
Smart move.

Iron Will is still usable. In typical play it's still very difficult to hear survivors using it, especially with chase music playing, and I'm pretty sure it reduces the range you're audible at all, too.
