I think Adrenaline vial is much more problematic when it is used with C33 or Blighted Crow than Shredded Note. Have you faced Adren & C33 blight in The Game? That was literal catastrophy...

Success Hit Instan Recharge (Alchemist Ring)
I like how nobody said fast recharge, its so slept on, of course its not better than just slapping adrenaline vial with almost any other addon but that doesn't mean its not fun
