When is the charity case coming down under?

Apologies if this is the wrong section to post this in.
I was just wondering if anyone in Australia on PS4 has access to the charity case? I know it's available on the xbox in OZ but it's not on the PS4. I haven't been able to find anything about why so I thought I would ask here.

I read somewhere that the AUS store is linked with the EU store hence why it’s still not available where you are.5
