Are that singularity can use its arm to slipstream surv not cameras.

To be fair thats not the first time ive heard this suggestion. The power definitely doesn't justify the means. Your a better m1 but to do it you have to chase. Find a spot to shoot a cam. Mark with said cam. Be back on them. And you become slightly stronger at m1 for a few seconds for it. And even if you have immense pressure and all 4 of them hit with it? One emp throws all that out the window.

I think it would be fair if you could shoot a survivor holding an EMP, destroying the EMP.
That way pickingn up an EMP on the fly is much riskier.

doing nasty things to the emp boxes should either be removed or made slower but other than that larry boy and emps are in a good spot imo. slipstreaming people you are chasing through pods shouldn't be that much of a problem anyway.
