So if you unhook a Survivor with this perk does the base kit haste have 7% added to it?

Do they keep the haste for a total of 18 seconds by adding the base kit 10 plus 8 from the perk?

    Speed modifiers are applied multiplicative, as far as I know. So the speed would be 100% x 107% x 110% = 117.7% which is close to 118% of the normal speed.

    Babysitter's effect is only active for 8 seconds, so this would only work the first 8 seconds of base BT. After that, the movement speed would decrease to the normal 110% for the remaining 2 seconds.

    In short: The values stack, the durations don't.
