oh, it doesn't blind survivors, it BLINDS survivors!

I couldn't figure out why Two Can Play had a lot of setup for only 1.5 seconds of blindness, and then I finally realized tonight that it's not blindness, it flashbangs survivors!

anyone try the perk on nemesis and have a survivor run into a zombie blinded
