What is the Billy Treatment? When a Killer people think is fine gets nerfed into the ground with changes no one asked for.

  • Deathslinger runs out of gun powder and needs to get it from lockers.
  • Blight has to collect his vials.
  • Doctor runs out of shock charges that regenerate over time. All his interesting add-ons now only adjust this regen rate.
  • Oni has a limited time to use Blood Fury when it is available.
  • Mastermind has to inject himself like Blight with Ouroboros before each Bound attack. He is slowed during this time.
