Ich habe des längeren nicht mehr zu griff auf Charaktere von geteilten Bibliotheken (seit dem Alien DLC), ist das ein bug oder ist das jetzt halt so das man DLC's nicht mehr teilen kann?

Das ist leider kein Bug sondern explizit so von Steam gewollt!
es würde funktionieren, wenn das Basis Spiel ebenfalls nur über Familienfreigabe verfügbar wäre.
