Good singularity build

So I want to try playing everyone's favorite AI Hux again but well I need a nice little build for him either run of the mill perks or I guess "meme" builds but I call them role builds(probably confused you haven't I let me explain.) So role builds is when I give a killer or survivor some kind of name two I have is Ice scream Doctor(using perks that cause survivors or the customers to scream since you being Doctor are severing ice cream) or Anger management Oni where he can't use his power as he's gone to anger management to more keep him cool. So any good Singularity builds?
