Why is there (almost) never an iridiscent shard cosmetic sale?

It baffles me that there is (almost) never an IS sale for cosmetics. Especially the really old cosmetics could be on a sale from time to time imo.

If I look at my personal situation, I don't have hundreds of euro's to throw at this game and the price for a cosmetic in IS is just ridiculous high.


Anyone else think there should be a cosmetic sale for IS from time to time? Maybe on special occasions or something, but at least there could be one for older skins.

    Because they probably think Shards are "more affordable" then Auric Cells but the reality is that there is a lot of grinding work involved in obtaining them that they pretend to know about

    I believe you get around 22k shards for one cycle of devotion. That's nearly enough to buy ONE purple skin. ONE.

    Not to mention the ultra rare skins from Trapper, Doctor, Huntress and more.
