How old is Hag?

I kinda popped in my head of just how old is she? I'm mainly asking since her archive lore shows she has to be possibly in her late teens about maybe 18 or 19 or maybe somewhere in her twenties if during her archive lore she was in college. I think I'm just confused since before the archives since she was called the Hag most people myself included would see her possibly in her elderly years but well with now her archive lore I feel like the name Hag is more misleading. So how old is she technically or estimated.

    The theory on killer "names" is that they are given by the survivors who face them. The guy in the doctor's coat is "The doctor". The guy dressed like a clown is "The Clown". A survivor who sees Hag isn't likely to realize she's fairly young, so referring to her as The Hag to each other isn't that odd.
