Singularity will get a killer update in march-april patch?

The reddit QnA post featured a different image of the roadmap shared during the chucky release livestream, it curiously features singularity to be receiving a killer update instead of 6 killer tweaks, below is the image before they fixed it

Question to the devs, is Singularity getting changed in the march-april patch? Or is this an early version of the roadmap in which you were considering to give Singualrity a killer update before deciding to do 6 killer tweaks? Or have you decided to do both?
