How do i get the Silent Hill Cosmetic Pack?

I was looking through DBD bundles in the store and the "Silent Hill edition" contains an unlisted pack with Silent Hill character cosmetics. It doesn't show what they are and it won't let me buy the bundle for myself, only gift it.

Is the only way I can get this is if someone else gifts that bundle to me?

    It should let you buy it and also the cosmetics are the Alissa Gillespie outfit for Cheryl Mason and the Dark Wish outfit for The Executioner. Both of those are in the store.
