How to claim Hag Candy Weapon?

I have it registered as "Claimed" in twitch.tv/drops/inventory, but this is not in my Hag's inventory. I only have the charm and Elodie's shirt that were given in the same drops.

I already did what is instructed in this link before and didn't got Hag's weapon, but now redoing these steps got me the weapon.
