The Wraith's "The Serpent" - Soot add-on does not give you a speed boost

If you break something with this add-on equipped, you don't get the 1 second speed boost linger from uncloaking when you uncloak this way.

Yeah I was shocked to see this on stream lol. I was in that mclean stream where they showed off when it was fixed.
