So I had a hacker...
I just had the weirdest thing happen. I think I've come across the most blatant cheater I've ever seen. So much so that it looked like I was the one doing the hacking. I got downed by Chucky several times, and then immediately wiggled off (as if I had DS, but I don't, and I hadn't been hooked, so it wouldn't be active anyway). Then I got slugged, and mysteriously picked up when none of the teammates were around me, and I didn't have any self-pickup perks. The Killer ended up DC'ing, and I don't blame them one bit. The only way you'd know that it was a teammate doing the hacking and not me was that they were using two of the same medkit add-ons. I have the match recorded, and the hacker was streaming on Youtube, and I saved the match from their perspective as well. They were using every hack imaginable: FOV, crazy speed, wallhacks, you name it.
So my questions would be these: I only realized that I didn't submit an in-game report until after I was disconnected from the lobby. Does that mean I'm out of luck on reporting them? And if the Killer reported me for hacking, since it looked like I was when I actually wasn't, would I get in trouble?

If you did not submit in-game report, there is nothing you can't do, unfortunately. I also faced cheater and forgot to submit it a few days ago.
I don't think you will be in trouble if you didn't cheat at all.

You won't get in trouble. The devs can detect that you didn't have anything special running.
