Freddy's basic attack cooldown longer than it should be

- When Freddy does a successful basic attack the animation seems to last as long as it was before (3 seconds) instead of the current 2.7 seconds that it should be
- Hit a survivor with an m1 as Freddy
- The last few times I played him, so always for now
