Is Wesker Fast or Slow from Killer Perspective?

I am expanding the Killers that I will be playing and I tried Wesker for 4 matches last night.

He moves like a snail 🐌

Whenever I play Survivor, he literally seems like the fastest killer in the game! Is it just me?

Do you feel he moves slower when playing him as opposed to being chased by him?

My usual Killers feel significantly faster: Freddy, Michael and Trapper.

    I think the way he runs (the animation) makes him seem faster. I've felt that way when playing against Wesker that he seems faster than other killers. His model actually looks like he is running.

    On the other hand, as survivor, I'm always surprised to see Clown catching up to me.

    None of that though is visible from the killer perspective.

    He moves at normal speed (4.6 m/s = 115%). I can't say I've felt something like this before. But maybe that's because I'm a sucker for numbers and always read through those numbers before I play a killer for the first time.

    Back when MFT + Hope were the meta? Yes. But in general not really.

    Trapper's animation makes him seems as though he is moving faster. I've never gone against a Michael without PWYF or STBFL, so I can't even tell you how his normal animation looks like or whether he seems fast or not on average.
