Should Deliverance be able to work on second hook?
Like maybe in the animation leading up to the struggle you need to pass a snap out of it sized skill check before getting off the hook. And then once they get off they have to endure a 180 second exhaustion and hindered penalty so it can’t be abused by certain load outs.
Basically allow it to be more lenient and less “I gotta get that save/I can’t be first hooked” but without empowering swf with ds and the “nyah nyah nyah you can’t get me” builds.

I think getting of the hook on your own is enough.
Also, when you get this skill check right after your second hook (because this is when the struggling starts), the killer would be nearby anyway... And it would result in you being hooked the third time, which makes it easier for the killer to eliminate one Survivor.

I don't think this perk needs that. It's really situational but good.

I love the Perk and have used it a bunch but I feel like it's good enough as it is.

If they make it so deliverance can be activated on struggle phase the best way to do it would be:
Stop struggling to activate a skill check, pass it and you're off with regular broken, miss it and you die.3 -
