Deja blooming vu
A must have accessory for todays modern survivor.
Be the envy of all your friends with this handy gen repair perk.
Goes well with any outfit.
Every survivor every game.
Anybody not running it? 🙄

Underrated because doing the highlighted gens also progressively mitigates the risk of a 3-gen (which is often caused by survivors)

It was supposed to be enhanced until the Anti 3gen system was introduced, are there any plans to nerf it in the future?Or is it not a problem because survivors are able to escape?

Did they ever SAY the buff to it was temporary, or are you assuming it was, because the perk isn't exactly OP.

I enjoy it, it is a great information perk, just like Kindred. Individually the generator speed bonus saves 5.4 seconds over 90 seconds. It isn't game breaking, but makes the perk worth the slot.

I'm running Overzealous with boons

It was at least implied:
We have noticed growing concerns surrounding excessively long matches caused by 3-genning (Killer defending a cluster of three generators). We are working on a long term solution for a future update to limit how effective this strategy can be. However, we recognize that Survivors need more options at their disposal right now to combat 3-genning. With this in mind, some adjustments have been made to Déjà Vu: The perk will now reveal the auras of 3 generators which are in close proximity to one another indefinitely (previously for 30/45/60 seconds at the start of the trial and every time a generator was completed) and grant a 4%/5%/6% repair speed bonus on the revealed generators (previously 3%/4%/5%).
Wording of this made it sound like it would be reverted once the change to 3 gen works, but we have to see how well it sticks.

LordGlint I must ask how do you have the prestige Freddy portrait, I would like to have one for my dredgeypoo but I can not seem to find it.

It's something only a handful of ppl got afew years ago.

Never thought I'd see the day where people complain about Deja Vu. Is saving 5 seconds on a gen and seeing a few auras really so upsetting?
11 -
The first perk since the Spine Chill nerf that i actually love.
Infortunatly, it will get gutted soon, because -5 seconds on a generator is simply to much to handle. /s

Its like corrupt. Used to be run by every killer because it was universally good. That didn't need nerfed (but they did it anyway because the devs always take everything eventually) and this doesn't either. I'd say enjoy it while you can cause if you do they will take it eventually. That's just how dbd works.

I dont even see why this perk should be used unless you have no map awareness at all. 5% faster on gens? who cares?
1 -
It makes the repair bar yellow though.
4 -
Well, blame BHVR for screwing up the maps so much there's always multiple instances of at least two gens within sight of each other now.
2 -
It's a cool perk but it isn't OP or anything. I haven't noticed it being -that- popular but if does end up with an overwhelming pick rate I guess it'll get nerfed.
It's only a 5% gen speed buff and you're not always gonna be taking advantage of it anyhow.

I like it but rarely see in my matches as a killer. Survivors run "Prove Thyself" and "Resilience" instead. The rest are perks for hiding or extending your chases.
1 -
Never thought the 6% made it worth running, as someone who knows how to avoid the 3-gen.
Guess I'll try it with Prove Thyself, Overzealous, and Boon: COH ... or would people recommend Resilience in place of one of those perks?
I don't typically run gen speed perks, but I'm interested to give this a go

Yeah, because that whole 6% is something to fear. Deja Vu is not a problem at all.

The real reason to use the perk.

Every time I don't run it I get sent to Midwich or Hawkins or some other map where gens are really irritating to find and it goes right back into the loadout.

I love it for maps where it's hard to tell which gens are close together, or are just hard to find in general. I used it a fair bit while working on Outbreak Breakout and being able to progressively work on the gens that are in a 3 gen with the 2 main hall gens that killers defend like their lives depend on it makes the late game on that map much more bearable.

I can only imagine the face of somebody from 2016-2017 seeing people nowadays complain about Deja Vu

Its depend. It saves you 6sec if you spend 90sec on Gen. Which is not worth it.
If it works similar to Toolbox, that when you "activate" the perk, it boost your Gen 12sec of progression by sitting on it for 6sec, then the perk gets a cooldown, or requires to do something else. Its far far more better. You can do Gen normally and only need to use it when needed.
And I really think survivor' Gen perks should work like that.

It's run at least once in every single match. It is not underrated. This perk is very much rated right now.

I've been warning about it for years!
