Blast Mine doesn't Blast Mine after a different survivors Blast Mine

After another players blast mine is used, a new blast mine is applied, the blast mine charge is consumed, but the second blast mine does not stun or blind the killer.


Wiretap still being on the gen is my only though for why the second blast mine doesn't work, but is consumed.
